From Paris to Beirut, Every Kilometer is a Message of Hope
Two Lebanese citizens. One bike ride. Thousands of children to help.
Hello, we’re Ralph Al Khoury and Karla Jabbour - a professional cyclist and a professional runner - on a mission to fight cancer the only way we know how: with action, heart, and people power.

This September, we’re cycling 5,000 km from Paris to Beirut to raise awareness and funds for children with cancer in Lebanon - a country where access to treatment has become nearly impossible for many families.
We’re not backed by institutions. We’re backed by you.
This is a people-led mission.
with 100% transparency.
Join us in showing the world that Lebanese people, united, can save lives.
About Children's Cancer Center of Lebanon
Children's Cancer Center of Lebanon currently supports treatment for around 300 children with cancer, from infants to 18 years old, with an average cure rate over 80%. Treatment can last up to 3 years and cost between $40,000 and $200,000, requiring around $15 million annually.

Since 2002, Children's Cancer Center of Lebanon has helped treat over 5,100 children across Lebanon. Though not a medical center itself, CCCL funds treatments at partner hospitals, mainly AUBMC, and now covers more than 50% of childhood cancer cases in the country.
How You Can Help
Because no parent should have to watch their child suffer without being able to help.
