"I was only 11 when I lost my mother to cancer. That moment changed everything. It shaped who I am, and it gave me a mission: to help others survive what she couldn’t."

Ralph Al Khoury

Cancer has left a scar on too many Lebanese families, and it’s still spreading.
What you’re seeing is not just a bike ride across continents.
It’s a call to action for every Lebanese person who has been touched by this illness.

Support the Mission, Fuel the Ride
If you belive in Ralph’s journey, your support will help keep this ride moving and allow him to stand by cancer patients in Lebanon who need hope and care. Every contribution brings us closer to making a real difference beyond the finish line.
Why This Fight Matters
Cancer is now one of the leading causes of death in Lebanon, and the country’s fragile healthcare system is collapsing under the weight of war, financial crisis, and medicine shortages.
1 in 6 deaths in Lebanon is cancer-related.
Every year, thousands of patients, children and adults are diagnosed with cancer.
Treatment can cost anywhere from $40,000 to $200,000 and even more in specific cases, putting it completely out of reach for most families.
Many are forced to delay or abandon care due to lack of funds or medicine.
Cancer doesn’t wait and right now, too many people are running out of time.

I’ve chosen to use my strength as an athlete, as a son, as a human being to make a difference the best way I know how:
through endurance, effort, and visibility.

In 2024, I cycled from Paris to Beirut to support the Barbara Nassar Association, helping adults with cancer access treatment.

In 2025, I’m riding from Paris to Beirut a two-month journey across 10 countries to raise funds for the Children's Cancer Center of Lebanon (CCCL). Not because it's easy.
But because it's hard and because the fight is worth it.
The Bigger Mission
This ride is only a piece of a larger vision.
I dream of launching an independent NGO that supports all cancer patients in Lebanon children and adults with:
Full transparency
Covered treatment costs
Access to medication
Long-term care support
I know this mission is bigger than me!

But I also know it can’t happen without people who believe in what I’m trying to build.
If you're here reading this, it means something inside you cares — and that’s the kind of energy I want to surround this mission with.

I’m working toward creating an NGO that offers real, ongoing support to cancer patients in Lebanon.
Not one-time help. Not symbolic gestures.

Consistent, transparent, life-saving action.

But to build something that lasts, I need the trust and support of a community that sees the bigger picture — people like you.
If you believe, like I do, that no one should be left to fight cancer in silence, in poverty, or in pain...
Then I ask you to stand with me — not just for this campaign, but for the mission ahead.
Your support today brings us one step closer to that future.
